You will of course have received your attunements and initial guidance from your Reiki Master. However it has been our experience that many people do not use their Reiki initially, or they may feel somehow inadequate in their Reiki practice and just require a little extra help, a little nudge to get going. This is where our guide comes in!
You will be shown the many possibilities available to you at Reiki 1 level.

About the Authors 
Mark and Katy Rogers have a depth of experience in the Holistic Therapy industry, both as therapists and also as teachers of the various disciplines. Having spent a number of years teaching and coaching individuals to become Reiki practitioners themselves, they have decided to share with the world their experience and knowledge to enable Reiki healing to become more widely available by encouraging and providing a guidebook to better equip today’s practitioners to make the most of their Reiki gift.
