Course Profile:

The Hot Stones Massage course provides you with a thorough knowledge of the art of Hot Stones Massage. The course is opened to the experienced therapist who currently has a massage qualification. The Hot Stones Massage course provides you with an additional dimension to the massage treatment available for your clients.

• Types of Rocks
• Basalt Stones
• Health and Safety
• Contra-indications relating to Hot Stones Massage
• Contra-actions relating to Hot Stones Massage
• Preparing the equipment and treatment area
• Client consultation
• Practiacl Hot Stones Massage incl adapting techniques
• Client after-care advice

Practical Hot Stones Massage will be conducted upon other members of the course. You will each have an opportunity to carry out Hot Stones Massage treatments and receive the benefits of Hot Stones Massage.
