Course Profile:

The Introduction to Reflexology course provides you with a good all round insight into the art of reflexology. The course equips you with the knowledge and expertise to carry out a Reflexology treatment on family and friends. The course is a great platform from which to progress onto the Diploma in Reflexology as many of the techniques used you will have experienced and practised before commencing a diploma course. Or maybe you simply want to be able to use your reflexology skills upon friends and family. Either way this is the course for you!

Course Content:

• The history of Reflexology through the ages.
• Health and Safety
• Contra-indications relating to Reflexology
• Preparing the treament area
• Client Consulation
• Practical Reflexology
• Client after-care advice

Practical Reflexology will be conducted upon other members of the course. You will each have an opportunity to carry out a Reflexology treatment and receive the benefits of Reflexology.
